Shoulder rates apply to rest of January, Vic. Labour Day, Vic. School Holidays(except June), Melbourne Cup L/W.
Minimum bookings apply between Christmas and New Year, long weekends and Easter.
Two weeks(Four for peak and shoulder) cancellation is required for a deposit to be refunded. All
refundable deposits are subject to a $15.00($30.00 peak) booking fee.
