Park Rules

To ensure all park patrons have an opportunity to enjoy their visit with us, the following guidelines have been established.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES - Check in time is 2.00pm and departure time is 10.00 am.  Early check in or late departures can be organised if available (fees may apply).  Reception hours 8.30am-6.00pm, if arrival is planned out of these hours, please contact reception to make alternative arrangements.

FEES - Are payable in advance on arrival and there will be no refund given for early departures.

VISITORS - Park patrons are responsible for their visitors abiding by park rules and payment of fees.  All visitors must check into reception on arrival.

SPEED LIMIT - Roads are shared with children and all vehicles must not exceed 10kph.

CONDUCT - Excessive noise, intoxicated behavior, offensive language, illegal and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.  The offending persons will be required to leave the park immediately without refund of fees.  All noise is to be kept to a minimum and cease at 11pm.

SMOKING - No smoking in any shared building eg. amenities, laundry, ensuites, cabins, camp kitchen, recreation room, jumping cushion area.

CHILDREN - Parents/Guardians are completely responsible for the safety and conduct of their children whilst in the park.  Children are not to play in the amenities.

POOL - Pool hours are between 9am and 9pm.  No diving, jumping or glass permitted in pool.  Children must be supervised.  Unruly behaviour will result in expulsion from pool area.  Cabin towels are not to be used as pool towels.  No dogs allowed in pool area.

JUMPING CUSHION - Operates during daylight hours only. No shoes to be worn whilst on cushion.  No inverted jumping allowed. No dogs allowed in area. No glass to be taken into area.

BICYCLES - Bicycles are to be ridden in daylight hours only, using correct headgear.  Trail bikes are not allowed to be ridden in park.

FIRES - Fires are only allowed in the lower section of the park.  They are to be in the fire drums provided with a base plate underneath to protect the grass.  They are to be small and under control at all times and not to be left unattended.  Trees are not to be tampered with within the park to fuel fires.  No coals to be tipped on ground.  If coals need to be disposed of, please contact Reception.  No fires to be lit on TOTAL FIRE BAN days.

WASHING OF VEHICLES - Strictly no washing of cars or caravans in the park.  There are 2 car washes in town.

GENERATORS - The use of generators is not permitted within the park.
